I am an artist living in Decatur, GA. Originally from Mississippi, I come from a family of artists ... painters, designers, poets, and just generally creative folks.

I work in a variety of media, including oil and acrylic paint, charcoal, and graphite. While my portraits are created using more traditional media, I often incorporate non-traditional materials, such as thread and hair, in my abstract work.

My family is a pretty inspiring bunch. They are supportive of my work, and cheerfully put up with me when I get obsessed with a painting. In general, they keep life moving at a happy pace.
